Q:How to connect with my USB Hard Drivers?
A: Please make sure your quad core mini pc are in the latest android 4.2 firmware, and use the good quality usb hub to connect with your usb hard drivers, most of the no connection problem is caused by power or usb hub. here is the usb hub we have tested and working fine with 1TB usb hard drivers in Tronsmart MK908 and Tronsmart T428;
Also if you use the good quality USB HUB,and still can’t find your usb hard driver, you can consider to buy the following cables:

Q: Which USB Camera is supported for RK3188 quad core tv sticks?
A: Like the Rockchip RK3066, the RK3188 base quad core tv stick also support any usb camera which support UVC. We already tested with the Logitech C170 on Tronsmart MK908, TRONSMART t248, all working fine!
If you can’t make your usb camera work,please make sure to check the following things:
1 Check if your usb webcam specification and find if it support UVC.
2 Check if your RK3188 quad core tv stick is in the latest android 4.2 firmware ( later all of the quad core tv stick will update to android 4.2)
